Story
In 1999 we won our third National Training Award having
spent the previous three years on a change management
project where we had trained 20,000 people in the Food
Service industry.
We were so delighted that we had won such a prestigious
award that we wanted to make sure our training became
even better over the years to come. We quickly developed
an infrastructure where we could support large multi
unit businesses with training and development support
services.
Response to our new range of services exceeded our
expectations, especially from Pub and Restaurant groups
and Supermarket chains. It wasn’t long before
we were able to present our unique selling point as
being capable of supporting substantial rollout of projects,
across large multi unit businesses in short time periods.
Our ability to provide support to large chain retailers,
across their entire estate has become an invaluable
service to some of the biggest high street brands. We
now specialise in providing pre-opening training for
brands, in particular training for new outlets that
are due to open for the very first time.
Our specialist training programmes are designed to
ensure managers and staff are guided through the process
of opening a new unit in a way where they quickly become
competent, confident and able to operate the brand with
flawless execution. One of the massive benefits of this
approach is that staff don’t pick up bad habits
from other influences, they get trained the right methods
from the outset.
We are the pioneers of pre-opening training and have
significant experience of opening new brand units to
standard and budget. The cost of delivering training
this way is cheaper, better and faster than traditional
methods of new unit opening programmes.
Our belief that training should be fun and make a real
difference has also been proven, as has our instinct
that pre-opening training should be inexpensive. We
