Brand Training Review
Each of our brand training programmes provides support before, during and after the initial opening date. As part of our commitment to excellence we specialize in conducting a full review of the brand training programme including skills and competencies of staff and brand delivery.

Coaching Visits
We provide bespoke coaching and business planning visits for multi unit and chain retailers. The purpose of coaching visits is to check existing standards of brand delivery, as well as brief managers and staff about forthcoming events. Coaching visits are delivered on site and focus on coaching staff to ensure the unit/store is compliant and ready for action.
