Sequential Solutions Delivers Coaching Visits to 250 stores

We are proud to have recently completed coaching visits to over 250 supermarket stores in the UK. The purpose of the coaching visits was threefold:
- Firstly to check that the stores were complying with company policies and procedures.
- Secondly to brief all staff on the forthcoming Christmas trading plans and opportunities.
- Thirdly to coach staff how to take every opportunity to grow sales before, during and after Christmas.
This is the second time we have delivered coaching visits for our client before the vital the Christmas trading periods commences. Last year we helped grow sales considerably ahead of their competition and we expect a similar result again this year.
